We will be restoring a VERY early 1957 Corvette for Don and his family. Car that has been in the family for decades. Purchased in 1977 !! 
This 1957 is a VERY early car. This is the 337 car produced in 1957.
It has been drag raced and used and abused with damage in the front and rear.
The body has already been taken off the frame, placed on a dolly and sent to the blaster.
This 57 had over 6 paint jobs on it with several different colors. Our blaster did a great job getting down to the factory fiberglass.
* June 13, 2020 - We carefully removed the entire front end. We left the inner fenders and we will reuse them.
* June 6, 2020 - We ground down all the old bonding adhesive off the bonding strips.
* Oct 1, 2020 - We have accomplished so much since June.
- We removed the RR quarter panel and ground off all the bonding material.
- We removed the rear lower body panel and ground off all the bonding material.
- We repaired all the body mounts as they were broken in an accident.
-We installed all the seat belt mounts and convertible top brackets.
- We installed the RR quarter panel
- We installed the rear lower body panel and the rear upper body panel.
- We repaired the trunk lid as the RR hinge mount was broken
